Special Events

Requst for Proposal

To apply for a HotHouse special event, simply use our Requst for Proposal form. There are two ways to fill out a Requst for Proposal form.

1. Complete the form online.
   
   To fill out the form online, click here.

2. Download the form in Microsoft Word format.
   
   Right-click on the following link and choose "Save Target As". Then you can choose where to save it on your hard disk.

   Once completed, you may email it as an attatchment to events@hothouse.net or fax it to HotHouse Special Events at 312.362.9708.

Special events applications are generally responded to within a week. If you have not received a response please contact events@hothouse.net with any questions. She is available at the HotHouse Monday through Friday from 11am-7pm. (312) 362-9707 x 202
